ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         The present petition has been filed seeking release of monthly salary of the petitioner from 15^th January, 2015, up until date, however, the learned counsel remained unable to demonstrate the existence of any subsisting relationship between the petitioner and the respondents entitling the petitioner to the relief claimed. The documents available on file allude to a contractual relationship, however, the same appears from the very documents to have long since expired. Learned counsel was confronted with respect to the maintainability of the present petition and he remained unable to articulate any cogent justification in such regard. This Court has not been assisted with the demonstrated existence of any relationship meriting invocation of the writ jurisdiction of this Court. Even, if a contractual relationship existed inter se in the past, the remedy to seek enforcement in such regard would not lie in the constitutional jurisdiction of this Court. In view of the foregoing the petition is found to be misconceived and is hereby dismissed alongwith pending application.
