1.                To be complied with within one week time.

2.                It is contended by learned Addl.P.G for the State that the prescribed period of limitation u/s.157 of Limitation Act, for preferring the criminal acquittal appeal is six months. In support of his contention,       he relied upon case of The State Vs. Syed Ali Baqar Naqvi and others (2014 SCMR-671). On merits of the case, it is contended by him that the case of prosecution was strongly supported in shape of recovery of unlicensed weapon from the private respondent with remote chance of its foistation, therefore, the learned trial Court ought not to have acquitted the private respondent on the basis of immaterial and irrelevant contradictions; therefore, such acquittal is to be examined by this Court.

                   The point raised requires consideration. Admit. Register.  Call for R&Ps and prepare paper book. Issue B.Ws in the sum of Rs.50,000/- against the private respondent.
