Heard arguments.

            The applicant after due trial was convicted under section 489-F PPC and sentenced to undergo R.I for three years with fine of rupees thirty thousand and in default whereof to undergo simple imprisonment for three years, with benefit of Section 382-B Cr.PC, by learned 2^nd Judicial Magistrate/MTMC, Larkana, vide judgment dated 20.11.2021, which was impugned by the applicant by preferring an appeal, it was dismissed by learned 3^rd Additional Sessions Judge, Larkana, vide judgment dated 16.12.2021, which is impugned by the applicant before this Court by preferring the instant criminal revision application, and in the meanwhile, the applicant has sought for suspension of his sentence and his release on bail, mainly for the reason that the sentence awarded to him is short one and hearing of his revision application is likely to take time, which is opposed by the complainant. However, learned Addl.P.G for the State has recorded no objection to release of applicant on bail.

                        In view of above, while relying upon case of Abdul Hameed Vs. Muhammad Abdullah and others (1999 SCMR-2589), the sentence awarded to the applicant is suspended, consequently, he is admitted to bail subject to his furnishing surety in sum of Rs.50,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court.

                        The listed application (M.A.No.8089/2021) is disposed of accordingly.

                        Adjourned to date in office for hearing of revision application.
