                        The instant constitutional petition was dismissed by this Court for non prosecution on account of non appearance of the petitioner and his counsel; its restoration is being sought for by the petitioner by way of listed application. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that on the very date of dismissal of constitutional petition for non prosecution, he was not feeling well. He might not be feeling well but there is no explanation as to why, his client failed to attend the Court, when the constitutional petition was taken up for hearing. No sufficient cause has been advanced for restoration of instant constitutional petition. Consequently, the listed application is dismissed.
