                        At very outset, it is stated by learned Addl.A.G Sindh on behalf of the official respondents that on verification of share list, if the petitioners are found to be share holders on the subject water-course, then they would be provided due share of water, in accordance with law.

                        Learned counsel for the petitioners being satisfied with statement of learned Addl.A.G Sindh does not press the instant constitutional petition,        it is dismissed as not pressed.
