It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondents be directed to appoint the petitioner as Primary or Junior School Teacher, as she has qualified the requisite test.

Learned A.A.G Sindh while making reference to the comments filed by respondent No.2, has sought for dismissal of the instant constitutional petition by contending that the Domicile and P.R.C were furnished by the petitioner after cut-off date.

We have considered the above arguments and perused the record.

The Domicile and Permanent Residence Certificate (P.R.C) are pre-requisite condition for appointment of anyone in public service for particular area. Apparently, such documents have been furnished by the petitioner after cut-off date; such delay obviously has disentitled her for appointment in public service from particular area, therefore, the respondents could hardly be directed to appoint the petitioner as Primary or Junior School Teacher for particular area by this Court in exercise of its constitutional jurisdiction. Consequently, the instant constitutional petition being misconceived is dismissed accordingly together with listed applications.
