                        The private respondent for offence punishable u/s. 302(b) PPC was convicted and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for life and to pay fine of rupees Five Lacs, as compensation to the legal heirs of deceased Baloch alias Babu, by learned 1^st Additional Sessions Judge/MCTC, Shikarpur, vide judgment dated 03.12.2019, which is sought to be enhanced to death by the applicant by way of instant criminal revision application. It is the second in series. When asked, how the second criminal revision application could be maintained on same cause? It was stated by learned counsel for the applicant that the earlier revision application was dismissed by this Court for non prosecution and such disposal was not on merits, therefore, the second criminal revision application could be maintained on same cause. If for the sake of arguments, it is believed that the second criminal revision application on same cause could be maintained; then it is hit by laches. Consequently, the instant criminal revision application is dismissed accordingly together with listed applications.
