                        The petitioner by way of instant constitutional petition has sought for direction against the Revenue Officers for mutation of record of right. The issue of mutation of record of rights on the basis of inheritance being factual could not be resolved by this Court in exercise of its constitutional jurisdiction. Be that as it may, none has put appearance on behalf of the petitioner; no intimation is furnished.
