ORDER

Agha Faisal, J.         The petitioner seeks issuance of a writ of quo warranto with respect to the respondent no. 1, upon allegation that there was a NAB inquiry pending there against.

2. At the very onset, petitioner's counsel was directed to assist the Court with the law that precluded a person from performing his duty on the pretext that there may be an inquiry pending there against, however, the counsel remained unable to identify any such law. Counsel was specifically asked whether the concerned respondent was ever convicted of an offense by a Court of law and the reply in such regard was also proffered in the negative.

3. In view hereof, we are constrained to observe that no case has been set forth for the invocation of the discretionary writ jurisdiction of this Court, hence, this petition is hereby dismissed.
