                        It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that under orders of Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan, a Committee consisting of Judges of High Court has been constituted to monitor the utility of funds allocated by Gas/Oil Companies for development of the area, where the discovery of Gas/Oil is made, therefore, he would not press the instant constitutional petition before this Court, if the petitioner is permitted to put his appearance before above said Committee for redressal of his grievance, if any.

                        The petitioner may put his appearance before above said Committee, if it is permitted by law. However, the instant constitutional petition is dismissed as not pressed.
