                        It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant that the accused and learned 1^st Additional Sessions Judge, Shikarpur is pressing hard upon the applicant to have compromise with the accused; therefore, in all fairness, the case of the applicant to be transferred to any other Court, for its disposal according to law.

                        Learned Asstt.P.G for the State has sought for dismissal of the instant criminal transfer application.

                        I have considered the above arguments and perused the record.

                        No accused is made as party by the applicant in his criminal transfer application, which appears to be significant. Nothing has been brought on record which may suggest that learned 1^st Additional Sessions Judge, Shikarpur is pressing hard upon the applicant to have compromise with the accused; on the contrary as per comments filed by learned 1^st Additional Sessions Judge, Shikarpur, the applicant is defeating disposal of the case for one or other reason. No criminal case could be transferred from one to other Court, on the basis of false and self procured grounds. Consequently, the instant criminal transfer application is dismissed.
