                        It is contended by learned counsel for the applicant/complainant that the private respondents are ofently found saying that they have won over the sympathies of learned 3^rd Additional Sessions Judge, Shikarpur, and he is also found pressing the applicant/complainant to settle her dispute with the private respondents outside of the Court; therefore, in all fairness, the case of the applicant/complainant to be withdrawn from his file.

                        Learned A.P.G for the State and learned counsel for the private respondents by rebutting the above contention have sought for dismissal of instant criminal transfer application by contending that the applicant is intending to defeat early disposal of the case, for one or other reason.     

                        I have considered the above arguments and perused the record.

                        Nothing has been brought on record which may suggest that at any moment that learned 3^rd Additional Sessions Judge, Shikarpur, has pressed upon the applicant/complainant to have compromised with the private respondents outside of the Court. It is unbelievable that the private respondents after winning over the sympathies of learned 3^rd Additional Sessions Judge, Shikarpur, would announce the same by beat of drum to make the applicant/complainant aware of such activity. The grounds which are advanced by applicant/complainant for transfer of her case to some other Court are appearing to be false and self invented. No criminal case could be transferred from one to other Court on the basis of false and self invented grounds.

                        Consequent upon above discussion, the instant criminal transfer application fails and it is dismissed accordingly.
