                        It is contended by the applicant that on account of his illness, he could not attend the Court of Special Judge, Anti Terrorism Kashmore @ Kandhkot; consequently, learned trial Court issued NBW against him, by contending so, he sought for its recalling. The order whereby the NBW has been issued against the applicant has not been produced by him before this Court for its examination. Consequently, instant Crl.Misc.Application having not been worded beautifully is dismissed in limine together with the listed applications. However, the applicant in first instance may approach learned trial Court and explain his absence on date of hearing, if so is advised to him.
