                        It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have qualified the requisite test for their appointment as Primary School Teachers, therefore, the District Education Officer (Primary), Kashmore @ Kandhkot, be directed to issue such appointment orders in their favour.     The requisite tests, if any, are passed by the petitioners in year 2009. Where they were for such a long period? No plausible explanation to it is offered. The instant constitutional petition being hit by laches is dismissed in limine together with listed application.
