2 to 4.             It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner had donated a plot to Education Department for establishment of Primary School at his village, therefore, the Education Department may be directed to provide employment to him in Education Department, in terms of order dated 08.05.2014, passed by this Court in C.P.No.D-1438/2012      (Re.Imam Bux Vs. Deputy Director Schools and others).

                        The appointment in public service is to be made on merits and not on the basis of donation of plot. The Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan has deprecated such appointments, in its order dated 09.11.2015, passed in Civil Appeals No.19-K to 50-K of 2015 (Re. Government of Sindh and others Vs. Loung Khan Rajper etc), therefore, the order of this Court, if any, for appointment of the petitioner in Education Department on the basis of plot donation may not be given preference over and above the order of Honourable Supreme Court     of Pakistan. Consequently, the instant petition being misconceived is dismissed in limine.
