2 to 4.             The applicant by way of instant application u/s. 526 Cr.PC has sought for transfer of his case from the Court of learned 1^st Additional Sessions Judge/MCTC, Kandhkot, to any other Court of competent jurisdiction within the District Kashmore @ Kandhkot, for the reasons that the attitude of learned Presiding Officer of the said Court to him is harsh and he is pressing upon him to have compromise with the accused.

                        Heard applicant and persued the record.

                        The charge in the case has been framed very recently and it is not made known by the applicant that in what fashion, the attitude of learned Presiding Officer of said Court was harsh to him and on which particular date of hearing, he was pressed upon by him to have compromise his case with the accused. The reasons which are advanced by the applicant for transfer of his case from one to other Court are appearing to be false and self procured and are obviously with intention to defeat the trial. No criminal case could be transferred from one to other Court on the basis of false and self procured grounds.

                         Consequent upon above discusion, the instant transfer application being misconceived is dismissed in limine.
