                        The applicant by making certain allegations has sought for transfer of his criminal revision application from file of learned 2^nd Additional Sessions Judge, Qamber, which are denied by him in his comments. By making such denial, he however, has recorded no objection to transfer of the criminal revision application of the applicant from his file. In order to give an end to controversy, the subject criminal revision application is transferred to the file of learned Sessions Judge, Qamber-Shahdadkot @ Qamber, with direction that either the same to be disposed of by him or to be assigned by him to any other Judge of competent jurisdiction of his district for its disposal in accordance with law.

                        The instant Crl.Transfer application is disposed of accordingly alongwith listed applications.
