                        The applicant by way of instant application has sought for transfer of his family suit from District Shikarpur to any other District for the reason that father of the respondent is Incharge Judge, Anti- Terrorism Court at Shikarpur. The father of the respondent may be holding a judicial post but he may not be having any influence over any Judicial Officer. Every Judicial Officer is expected to dispense with justice fairly as per his wisdom and judicial conscience without being influenced by any circumstance. The apprehension with the applicant for unfair trial by a Judicial Officer at Shikarpur is unfounded. Consequently, the instant transfer application being misconceived is dismissed in limine together with listed application.
