1.                     Urgency granted.

2 to 4.             Allegedly, there is dispute between the parties over landed property, for which a “Fard Certificate” as per petitioner is going to be issued by the Revenue Officers concerned, the same as per him, may not be issued till disposal  of his inquiry pending adjudication before Anti-Corruption officers concerned. The issuance of “Fard Certificate” is a function which is to be discharged by the revenue officers on the basis of record, it even otherwise is involving factual controversy. No revenue officer being public servant could be restrained from discharging his lawful duty, by this Court in exercise of its constitutional jurisdiction only for the reason that an application for inquiry of the petitioner with regard to dispute over the landed property is pending adjudication before Anti-Corruption officers concerned. Consequently, the instant petition being misconceived is dismissed in limine.
