2 to 5.             By way of instant petition, the petitioner has sought for restraining order against the respondents from demolishing houses in village Pir Bux Lashari and from constructing new disposal. Nothing has been brought on record which may suggest that the petitioner or anyone else is having right of ownership over the houses in village Pir Bux Lashari. Even otherwise, the issue of demolition being factual could not be resolved by this Court in exercise of its constitutional jurisdiction. Consequently, the instant petition being misconceived is dismissed in limine.
