2 to 4.             By way of instant petition, the petitioner has sought for direction against Taluka Education Officer, Ratodero, to forward application for his retirement to the District Education Officer, Larkana. The petitioner if is a public servant and is intending to retire from public service, then he can do it in accordance with law, without asking for direction from this Court for forwarding his application for his retirement from one office to other. No infringement of fundamental right of the petitioner is evident, which may justify him to invoke the extra ordinary constitutional jurisdiction of this Court. Consequently, the instant petition being misconceived is dismissed in limine.
