                        It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants were convicted and sentenced by learned 2^nd Additional Sessions Judge, Jacobabad, vide judgment dated 23.05.2019, on appeal, it was set-aside by this Court, consequently, the case was remanded for re-trial. The only grievance with the applicants is that the learned  presiding officer of the said Court is same. By contending so, he sought for transfer of the case to any other Court of competent jurisdiction.

                        Learned Addl.P.G for the State has recorded no objection to transfer of the case of the applicants.

                        In view of above, the case of the applicants is withdrawn from the file of learned 2^nd Additional Sessions Judge, Jacobabad and made over to the file of learned Sessions Judge, Jacobabad, with direction that either the same to be proceeded by him, or to be assigned by him to any other Court of competent  jurisdiction, for its disposal according to law.

                        The instant Crl.Transfer Application stands disposed of alongwith listed application.
