       By consent of the learned counsel, present, Mr. Nadeem Pirzada, Advocate, is appointed Commissioner for recording the evidence of the parties. Fee of the Commissioner in the sum of Rs.7,500/- per witness shall be borne by the party who produces the witnesses. Parties are allowed to file affidavit-in-evidence with documents filed in settlement of issues. Commissioner is empowered to impose cost of Rs.2,500/- on any unwarranted adjournment. It is expected that the Commission shall be returned duly executed within four months.  

                                                       Judge
