Learned counsel for
applicant / accused mainly submitted that after registration of this case
applicant met the road accident. The Court of Additional Sessions Judge-II
Naushehro Feorze is located on the upper floor of Sessions Court Building and
it is quite difficult for the applicant to appear before the trial Court. It is
further submitted that request of applicant may be considered on humanitarian
grounds.
Additional P.G recorded
no objection for transfer of the case to some other Court, in the same
district.
After hearing learned
advocate for the applicant, Additional
P.G and keeping in view the disability of applicant, case pending before the Court of learned
Additional Sessions Judge-II Naushehro Feroze is withdrawn and transferred to
learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kandiaro, for expeditious disposal in
accordance with law.
