Petitioner Muhammad Afsar, legal heirs Mst. Farhat Roohi, Mst. Shaheen, Mst. Shahnaz, Mst. Dur-e-Naz, and Mst. Afshan are present in person.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that other legal heirs namely Muhammad Hanif, Muhammad Shakeel, Muhammad Shahid, Mst. Lubna, Mst. Naheed, Ali Obaid and Mst. Safia are not present.
One week’s time is granted to the learned counsel for the Petitioner to produce the above named legal heirs of the deceased in Court on the next date of hearing, subsequent thereof, compromise application shall be considered on merits. So far as the other legal heirs of the deceased present in Court are hereby exempted from making appearance before this Court except Petitioner and Mst. Afshan.
