It seems that on 11.09.2008, impugned order was suspended, which was recalled vide order dated 11.05.2009.
Learned counsel for the Applicant has pointed out that there are series of cases pending against the Applicant and the Complainant party over the dispute of Slaughterhouse, as the Complainant party are bent upon to usurp the Slaughterhouse for their convenience. It is however, brought to the notice of the Court that in Cr. Misc. Application No.98/2008 filed by the Applicant and others was decided by this Court in which Complainant party to this case has resorted to file the application.
Office is directed to tag Cr. Misc. Application No.98/2008 alongwith instant Cr. Misc. Application. It is further directed that the notice be issued to the Complainant Kamran Qureshi son of Shafiquddin for appearance on 28.05.2009.
