Learned counsel for the objector has pointed out that though CMA No.381/2007 filed by the objector was dismissed. Learned counsel for the objector seeks time to address the point involved as she states that the objector has proceeded to file application before this Court against the legal heirs of the Deceased Syed Altaf Hussain.
