Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will be filing an appeal alongwith stay application against the impugned order in accordance with law, however, requests that respondents may be restrained from taking any adverse action against the petitioner for the recovery of the disputed amount till final decision either of the Commissioner Inland Revenue or in the instant petition. However, till next date of hearing, respondents may not seek enforcement of the recovery of disputed amount.
