Learned counsel for the appellant has partly made his submissions, however, submits that appellant may be allowed to place on record a recent judgment passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of Pakistan in a suo motu case with regard to the status of land claimed to be owned by Pakistan Railway Employees Cooperative Housing Society through a statement before next date of hearing, which according to learned counsel, would be relevant for disposal of instant appeals. Let the same be filed before next date with advance copy to the learned counsel for respondents.

Mr. Saifullah, A.A.G, who is present in some other cases, submits that notice of instant appeals has neither been issued nor copy has been supplied, therefore, requests that appellant may be directed to supply copy of instant appeals alongwith annexures, which the learned counsel for appellant undertakes to provide the same before next date. Learned AAG Sindh has also sought permission of the Court to file objections so that the instance of the Government of Sindh through Secretary, Land Utilization Department, may be placed on record in the instant appeals. Let the needful be done in accordance with law before next date of hearing, however, subject to all just exceptions.
