Initially the Instant matter was fixed on 06.08.2020, but no one appeared on behalf of the applicant and again it was fixed on 09.09.2020, when the position remained the same. Today also nobody has put appearance on behalf of the applicant. It appears that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing this Cr. Misc. Application, which is accordingly dismissed on account of non-prosecution.
