Sindh at some length, instant petition is disposed of with directions to the respondent No.2 to decide the application of petitioner dated 17.10.2014 as well as the two applications dated 05.6.2016 (available at pages 9 to 25 of the Court’s file) alongwith annexures within a period of two months from the date of this order after placing the same before the Mines Committee, which according to learned Addl. In case of any violation, appropriate action shall be taken against the delinquent persons as per law.
