Counsel for the petitioner is called absent, no intimation is received. On the last date of hearing also, no one was in attendance on behalf of the petitioner. Record reflects that instant petition was filed on 18.05.2015, whereby the petitioner had impugned blocking of NTN / user ID, whereas, vide order dated 25.06.2015, NTN / user ID of the petitioner were directed to be de-blocked. It appears that petitioner has lost interest in pursuing instant petition, as the same is pending before this Court since 2015 without useful progress.

Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, it may be observed that if the respondents intend to take any adverse action against the petitioner including blocking of NTN / user ID, proper show-cause notice may be issued after providing an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner in accordance with law.
