IRSHAD ALI SHAH, J.- The only allegation against the applicant is that he attested “Nikahnama” the subject matter of FIR of this case, which was lodged by complainant SIP Khan Muhammad Jagirani on behalf of the State for an offence punishable under section               3/4 of Sindh Child Marriage Restraint Act, 2013.

2.                    The FIR of the incident has been lodged with delay of about one month and offence alleged against the applicant is not falling within the prohibitory clause of Section 497 Cr.PC.

3.                    Learned D.P.G for the State has recorded no objection to grant of bail to the applicant.

4.                    In view of above, the interim pre-arrest bail already granted to the applicant is confirmed on same terms and conditions.

5.                    The instant bail application is disposed of accordingly.
