4.                     The applicant by way of instant application u/s. 561-A Cr.PC has mainly sought for issuance of direction against learned trial Magistrate, to pass appropriate order on his application dated 14.04.2020, for amending the charge. If learned trial Magistrate is found to be reluctant to pass any order on application of the applicant then such omission could have been brought by the applicant within the notice of learned Sessions Judge having jurisdiction, instead of exhausting the inherit jurisdiction of this Court. Consequently, the instant application u/s.561-A Cr.PC being misconceived is dismissed in limine.
