02.      Facts in brief necessary for disposal of listed application are that Abdul Rasheed, a boy aged three years, happened to be son of the applicant, being ill was admitted at City Hospital Larkana. He was being treated by Dr.Amanullah Shaikh. Firstly, he improved and then died allegedly on account of administering intoxicant injection by unknown compounder on duty. The applicant lodged report of the incident with police after having recourse under section 22-A & B Cr.PC. It was cancelled under “C” class. The applicant then filed a direct complaint of the incident, it was dismissed by learned 6^th Additional Sessions Judge, Larkana, vide his order dated 10.12.2018, it was impugned by the applicant before this Court by filing the instant Crl.Revision Application, it was also dismissed on 22.06.2020 for non prosecution. Its restoration now is being sought for by the applicant by way of instant Crl.Revision Application, which is moved on 18.08.2020, it is hit by latches. On being asked, why she has filed the listed application with considerable delay? It was stated by the applicant that she was ill/pregnant. However, no such proof is filed by the applicant with the listed application. Consequently, the listed application being misconceived and hit by latches is dismissed accordingly.
