At the very outset, it is stated by the learned counsel for the applicant that the offence alleged is involving demand of bribe on part of the official and he would not press the disposal of instant criminal miscellaneous application before this court on merits, if the applicant is permitted to file a direct complaint before Special Judge Anti Corruption, having jurisdiction, in accordance with law. Order accordingly.
