            The applicant by way of instant Crl.Misc.Application has sought for quashment of the proceedings of case outcome of FIR Crime No.63/2020, offence u/s.365-B PPC of P.S Waleed.

            At the very outset, it is stated by learned counsel for the applicant that he would not press the disposal of instant Crl.Misc.Application on merits if the applicant is permitted to seek his acquittal in accordance with law by way of making an application u/s.265-K Cr.PC before learned trial Court. Order accordingly
