O R D E R

ADNAN-UL-KARIM MEMON, J: Through this petition, the petitioner has sought cancellation of impugned order dated 08.06.2020, issued by Regional Director, Local Government Department, Sukkur Region, whereby his services were placed at the disposal of Directorate of Local Government Department.

2. We asked learned Counsel to satisfy this Court with regard to maintainability of instant petition on the premise that transfer and posting falls within the ambit of expression, terms and conditions of service, he replied that the Respondents have withdrawn/cancelled their earlier order dated 08.06.2020 (impugned herein) by issuing another order dated 10.06.2020, therefore, he seeks disposal of this petition in the terms of statement filed by the Regional Director, Local Government Sukkur.

3. Learned AAG has endorsed the stance of the petitioner and seeks disposal of this petition in the terms of order dated 10.06.2020, issued by the Regional Director, Local Government, Sukkur.

4. In the light of the above facts and circumstances of the case, the purpose of filing of this petition is over, resultantly, this petition fails, being not maintainable and is dismissed accordingly.
