                        The applicant has been admitted to bail by this Court subject to his furnishing solvent surety in sum of Rs.500,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount in each case to the satisfaction of learned trial Court, such surety according to him he could not arrange for in 12 cases, therefore, by way of instant application he has sought for its reduction, which is opposed by learned D.P.G for the State.

                        Apparently, the surety is huge one, which according to the applicant is beyond his capacity to furnish in 12 cases individually, it is therefore reduced to Rs.200,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount in each case, to the satisfaction of learned trial Court.

                        The captioned applications are disposed of accordingly.
