                    It is alleged by the petitioner that her daughter Mst.Babra is married with Sajid Ali as exchange marriage and she now is kept confined illegally by her husband Sajjad Ali, therefore, she be set at liberty after recording her statement by this Court, in exercise of its constitutional jurisdiction.

                    No justification is advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner, which has prevented the petitioner from exhausting the remedy for redressal of her grievance, which is available to her under section       491 Cr.PC before learned Sessions Judge, having jurisdiction.

                    In view of above, the instant petition is converted into Crl.Misc.Application, which is presumed to have been moved under section 491 Cr.PC. Office is directed to forward the same to learned Sessions Judge, having jurisdiction, for its disposal in accordance with law.
