                        The FIR Crime No.105/2019, u/s.337-A(i),337-F(v),114,34 PPC, was lodged by complainant Abdul Sattar with Police Station, Ratodero.  The same on investigation was found to be false and was reported by the police to be cancelled under “B” class, by filing such summary before learned Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate-II, Ratodero, who did not agree with recommendation of the police and took cognizance of the incident by way of his order dated 18.10.2019, which has been impugned by the applicant before this Court by way of instant Crl.Misc.Application u/s.561-A Cr.PC.

                        It is reported by learned trial Magistrate that the very case has been disposed of by way of compromise vide his order dated 14.03.2020. Such disposal of the case obviously has made the instant Crl.Misc.Application for examination of legality of the cognizance to be infructuous, it is disposed of accordingly together with listed application.
