    &= nbsp;       Learned counsel for the petitioners vehemently contended that the site plan for construction of building has been sanctioned by the respondents, but the re= spondent Nos.6&7 are raising construction of 5th and 6th f= loor and that said construction is against the sanctioned plan which may be suspended. Respondents No.2&3 have also admitted in their comments about raising of construction on 6th floor. In such state of affairs, construction other than construction of approved plan is suspended.
