In some of the cases, the counsel have raised grievances that the department is not identifying the applications, and in fact, showing their ignorance as far as the availability of the applications are concerned. In view of such facts and grievances, learned AAG Sindh has conceded that in terms of the latest pronouncement, those petitioners whose applications are not available or they have not preferred, they are entitled to move fresh applications, which shall be considered in terms of the law, policy in vogue and the latest pronouncement of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in C. Ps. Nos. 482-503-K of 2016. Accordingly, these petitions are disposed of that the cases of the petitioners in the light of the pending applications or in case they so desire, on the basis of fresh applications, be considered within a period of three (03) months, as there are approximately more than seventy (70) cases, which are being disposed of by this order. It is, however, expected that the official respondents shall submit their compliance report periodically before this Court in the relevant petitions.
