It is
the case of the NAB authorities based on the report of Food Department that a
sum of Rs.260 million was outstanding out of which it is claimed that they have
paid Rs.100 million approximately. Let the accounts be reconciled within three
(03) days from today. In any case, and without prejudice to above, petitioner
shall deposit the 50 percent of the balance amount within 15 days from today
whereas rest of the 50 percent of the amount be deposited within 15 days thereafter.
On deposit of the 50 percent amount of first initial instalment within 15 days,
the NAB authorities shall submit report regarding de-sealing of the property.
However, in case the petitioner fails to deposit next 50 percent amount, the
NAB authorities shall seal the property forthwith. This arrangement is without
prejudice to the case of the NAB authorities which is under process against the
Government officials and that they continue to probe such enquiry /
investigation as they deem fit and proper. By consent the petition is being disposed
of, however, the matter be fixed after 15 days for compliance.
