Mr. Imtiaz Ali, advocate holding brief for Mr. Sarfraz A. Akhund, advocate for the petitioner, requests for adjournment. We have perused the prayer clause wherein the petitioner has claimed that respondent No.4 be directed to get the property / plot No. 949 measuring 5400 square feet situated at Mughal Colony Sukkur be vacated from respondent No.6 and handover its possession to the petitioner. Such exercise cannot be undertaken in these proceedings under Article 199 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973, as he may exercise such rights before the forum having jurisdiction.

The petition is dismissed along with listed applications.
