This petition was in respect of an alleged loan sanctioned by Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited on 24.11.2009. Although at that point of time the petitioner booked an apartment / flat No.902, however, the requisite documents / title documents were not provided to Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited as admitted by the petitioner. Hence the contract of providing loan / finance was frustrated by the construction company. The petition could have been disposed of on this count alone, however, learned counsel appearing for Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited has shown his grace and submit that they are still willing to provide loan as he is still employee of Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited provided the requisite documents as required in this regard be presented to the bank. Petitioner has agreed that he would provide all such documents in respect of a property which he now intends to purchase to the concerned authority of Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited which shall be scrutinized and be responded within fifteen (15) days of the receipt of such documents. Since the needful has been done, this petition has served its purpose and is accordingly disposed of. It is expected that Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited after considering the documents of the petitioner may pass speaking order for the convenience of the petitioner.
