                   The applicant by way of instant transfer application has sought for transfer of his case from the file of learned 3^rd Additional Sessions Judge, Shikarpur to any other Court.

                   It is contended by the applicant that he is apprehending injustice at the hands of learned trial Judge. By contending so, he sought for transfer of his case.

                   Learned A.P.G has sought for dismissal of the instant application by contending that the apprehension with the applicant is without lawful justification.

                   I have considered the above arguments and perused the record.

                   The applicant has not been able to state the circumstances in detail, which have compelled him to form an opinion that he would not get justice at the hands of learned trial Judge. The allegation which is leveled by the applicant is appearing to be false and self procured. No case could be transferred from one to other Court by leveling false and baseless allegations against the learned trial Judges. Consequently, the instant transfer application is dismissed.
