                   The applicant by way of instant transfer application has sought for transfer of his case from the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Shikarpur, to any other Court.

                   It is stated by learned counsel for the private respondents that the case at present is now pending trial before the Court of learned 3^rd Additional Sessions Judge, Shikarpur, and it has proceeded there.

                   Learned counsel for the applicant being faced with the above situation does not press the instant transfer application for the time being, it is disposed of accordingly.
