None present for the petitioner.This petition has been filed alleging that on the behest of private respondents, official respondents are harassing the petitioner’s family who contested election against him. Statement has been filed by respondent No.4 which referrers to certain FIRs wherethe petitioner’s family members have been nominated.

Be that as it may, area police is directed to ensure that no harassment is caused to the petitioner or his family members and they be treated in accordance with law, as well as, police to act strictly neutral in the matter.

With these orders, the instant petition is disposed of.
