When the matter was fixed on the last date viz. 29.09.2017 one week time was granted to comply with the office objection regarding payment of process fee. This has not been done despite given opportunity. The instant petition arises of harassment and protection from the private respondnets. It is alleged that private respondents are harassing the petitioner.

In the given circumstances this petition stands disposed of with direction to the area police to ensure that the petitioner is not harassed by the private respondents and he is provided protection in accordance with law.
